"We initially checked into a petite king which was bad! Too small for a 4 night stay. No chairs. No place to put our clothes. We shared our concerns with the staff and moved to a large room for an upgrade that was great. I don’t think the petite king was well described on expedia"

"Property location is one block from Bourbon Street. Felt safe, even walking at night as there are alot of polic patrolling. Our room wasnthe "accessibility" room. One window looks onto the roof. New carpet and clean. Hallway carpets are old, dirty and need replacing. Room cleaning service was good. This room is also beside thr custodial cleaning ahoot."

"The hotel is in a great location for the street car and bus, getting around is very easy. The breakfast was convenient to have set up every morning and the kitchen staff kept the area well stocked and clean. The parking is a bit pricey, next time we will not need a rental car due to the efficient public transportation. "

"We loved the set up of this property. It was between all the live plants, felt very serene. However, the staff at the front desk were rude. Our room was not ready for over 2 hours of the check in time. Which was inconvenient since we were there for a concert. "
