Clean hotel even though some was under construction when we got there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would need a car to get around. They have a ice pool and grounds and a small kids play ground.

Lovely property on a hill, rather secluded and quiet. Away from the noise of the city. However there was no AC in the hallways or breakfast area, very hot even early in the morning when we checked out. The hotel’s washer and dryer which we needed were not working.

Reception staff rude. When I arrived I was the only guest at reception, there were 3 employees and none of them was kind enough to help me. I have to wait till someone decided to do my checkin. It was 13:00 and checkin time 15:00, the lady at reception said that she could let me go in but she will have to charge me money for the early checkin. Of course I did not accept, as I think is very rude to ask to pay for 2 hrs, she could have handled it in a more polite way. The hotel looks old, rooms are ok. The only nice thing is the quesadillas and order to make eggs for breakfast

Terrible service. Pool was quite dirty two days in a row, no serving staff bothers to offer drinks or anything in the pool area despite claiming they do. The "continental breakfast" offered is extremely limited, with food being overcooked and bland. The menu available at dinnertime is also very limited and portions are small. I requested room service to bring a bucket of ice to our room and waited an hour and a half (even called twice to check) and had to come down to get it myself from the restaurant. The room also seems to have a bad mosquito problem at night, my entire family had multiple bites every morning. They run the hotel with the bare minimum attention to service quality they need just to keep things going, but wont bother to make guests feel welcome. Would definitely not recommend.
