Very nice. Maybe the girl in the reception could need some more help sometimes. Check in was a little slow. I am not a big fan of the 100 Euro deposit either. Still, a very nice hotel and I gladly go back.

Old but nice hotel. Some flaws that made the experience bad such as air conditioning on the room wasn’t plugged in so didn’t work until we found it out ourselves. Showerhead couldn’t move so had to have it in level with stomach and bend forward to shower whole body…

This hotel has seen its good days long ago. It's dirty, used, things are broken, overpriced. Services rather average - only the people at breakfast were great and nice. Otherwise quite a shame. The hotel is definitely not five stars.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff took over an hour to get the room ready. The reception hall was a mess and only two people were working at the front desks. The hotel doesn’t seem to have been renovated in the past 30 years. It is clean but the decor is dated, the rugs are faded and broken and there was no AC in my very hot room. Prague is a very busy city and understandably so quite noisy. That said, the window isolation in the room was terrible and I heard tambourine playing, screaming and talking throughout the late hours… the hotel did not have ear plugs to offer guests.
