Thank you Expedia for the hassle free experience, as always. Had an good stay. They serve one of the best and outstanding breakfast in entire Prague. Super friendly, proactive and helpful staff. Very near to Metro and Tram stations. I took the Metro and connecting Metro and Bus to Airport along with my family. They room is not modern, i stayed on the 7th floor which had glass ceiling as substitute for windows. No lockers in the room but available in the reception for free. Though serves the purpose, it's inconvenient.This is more than compensated by fantastic breakfast and staff behaviors. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back on my next trip.

The property was fine and not quite centrally located as we were hoping for. The hotel was clean, breakfast adequate, and felt safe. One elevator refused to go to the main floor, hot water was not consistent in the shower, and windows did not seal well enough to keep noise and bugs out. The main complaint is we booked an airport transfer from the front desk staff. We would assume that this is a common occurrence as we were told the airport was 30 plus minutes away. We were told the rate for the “taxi” and expected the driver in the morning. In the morning the driver was on time, no taxi sign on the car, and took the “taxi” to the airport. Upon arriving to the airport, the driver did not have a machine to accept credit card payment. We fortunately had some Euros put when it came time to pay, he wanted double the rate that the hotel provided to us. The hotel needs to be doing more not just inside the building, but to screen there preferred “taxi” service so as not to scam customers. We paid nearly $200 Euro per night for a hotel that should have been half that rate.

Heel net hotel. Wel gedateerde inrichting van de kamers, maar zeker schoon en ruim. Ik was hier gedurende een renovatie, maar heb er geen last van gehad. Het ontbijt was meer dan prima! Heerlijke gezonde keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Omdat ik tijdens uitzonderlijke hete dagen verbleef begin april (27 graden) deed de airco het nog niet. Deze zou pas over twee weken aangesloten worden. Dus dat was pech. De kamers waren ontzettend warm, gek genoeg sliep ik wel heerlijk dus heb eigenlijk niets te klagen gehad. Het hotel bevindt zich dichtbij een park, wat een ochtendwandeling of avondwandeling compleet maakte. Een parkeergarage bevindt zich in de straat met speciaal tarief voor gasten. Ideaal!

Hotellin aamupala oli loistava. Huoneen ilmanvaihdossa jotain puutteita: lähes olematon. Lämpötilasäätimestä ei tapahtunut mitään. Ikkunat pitivät hyvin kadun äänet pois huoneesta. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä ja ihan vierestä pääsee metro-ja ratikkalinjoille.

Gutes Hotel
Wir fanden das Hotel vor allem praktisch. Es hat eine super Lage, nämlich direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle und in der Nähe von der Metrostation Karlovo náměsti. Zu Fuß konnte man auch sehr entspannt zur Altstadt, Wenzelplatz oder Karlsbrücke laufen. Kleiner Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke, ein Burger Restaurant in 5 minuten Fußweg. Parkgarage 20€/Tag, was echt ok für Prag ist, gegenüber von Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was man braucht und in toller Qualität dazu. Die Zimmer sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen insgesamt eine Renovierung, zu dritt hatten wir kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer, die Lobby ist klein um sich dort aufzuhalten, was wir uns gewünscht hätten.
