We had a great stay at Dancing House. The view from the room was lovely. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location, lovely walk along the river to all the sights, Christmas Markets, shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend.

We loved everything about this hotel…one of the nicest we’ve been to. The staff was so helpful, the view was spectacular, and everything we could possibly need was in the room…robes, slippers, etc. I wasn’t feeling well, and the front desk staff found cough drops and tea for me. Definitely recommend!!

It is a landmark building. I am part of the landmark when staying it; it is a unique experience. The staff are very hospitable and they are eager to help the guests. They informed me that first floor guest rooms were remodeled a few years ago. The room I staged at was well-maintained, clean, and looked like it was renovated recently. The hotel provides complimentary sparkling wine, top quality coffee and tea. I enjoyed a lot. I could also enjoy the panoramic view of the river with the Parque Castle at center of the scene. The hotel is nearby the Old Town. I could walk along the river sidewalk to get to the Old Town, or take a tram right in front of the hotel.

An ok hotel
It was just ok. The hotel is lovely and it a great location but the service could be better. my partner put his t-shirt on the bathroom floor and when he got out of the shower the bleach on the floor had covered it in bleached stains, reception were less than sympathetic and insisted they didn't use bleach even though the smell in our room was so strong it smelt like a being in a swimming pool and the shower floor was very slippery. They gave him some money for the t-shirt but it was less than he paid for it as he couldn't find a receipt. It was also really annoying not having an iron in the room you had to send off for ironing at reception and it took 24hrs we were only there 2 nights. The roof top bar closes at 11 so we didn't get round to using it. My partner was feeling unwell and we missed breakfast by 5 minutes and they wouldn't even let him have some plain toast. I probably wouldnt stay here again if I visited Prague for the money we paid it just wasn't worth it

Priceless views of Prague Castle and the river. Hated that the AC turns off when you leave. The temps were in the 90's and the room was so hot. It took an hour just to cool the room down. The maid came in even when we had the do not disturb sign on. That person left a dirty tea cup on bedet toilet which made me think the room was not cleaned well. The bathroom was gorgeous, but it was hard to take a shower without spilling water everywhere.
