WIFI is non existing, hotel is decent

The hotel lies outside of where "stuff" happens - so be prepared for long walks up and down steep hills. On the plus side there are almost no traffic so you can sleep with windows open easily. The hotel is old'ish and could do with a refurb. The wifi they advertise is amongst the worst wifi's I have had the "pleasure" of using on a hotel. Either their router is in the lobby and they have no repeaters - or its just very poor. The fact is that our plans about watching a movie at night was not possible - speedtest said around 1KB/s - so we had to use our data plans. The staff was not very friendly, but not unfriendly either - which I think might be caused by their english not being very good. ( I am not a native english speaker myself). We had a room just next to the elevator, which was not ideal since the elvator made a lot of noise every time it was used, so it was hard to fall asleep. The morning buffet was realitively good considering the price - lots of local treats. Overall a good experience - but if I had to stay here again - I would ask for a room furthest away from the elevator - and a room where the wifi was actually working.

The breakfast buffet was excellent! The room was a decent size but a bit dated. You need to put your room card in a slot by the door to turn on the lights. Great location but initially difficult to find the onsite parking late at night. Overall good value for the price.

The room had no amenities. The shower head is a wand at thigh level. The hotel hall had a strong smell of sewer and cabbage( to the point we woke up with headaches each day)The breakfast was not fresh. There was no real concierge to give advise or help. There was a young lady at the desk but they were not overly helpful. The only positive is the location

very nice structure in an excellent position

excellent position nearby the castle and other attractions of the city center; 20 min. from the Charles bridge. breakfast was ok, the room pretty large and well organized, and the overall structure ins quite nice (better than what appears in the picture, particularly inside)

It could be a be better, the shower room had mildew on the wall and the drain was clogged, I keep the towels on the rack to keep using but the cleaning lady was charging every day but she was not cleaning the bathroom ☹️

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed og på 2 km er du på Karlsbroen. Men hotellet er mega slidt og ikke lige rent alle steder. Det første værelse vi fik lugtede meget gammelt. Fik et andet mod gården som var bedre. Morgenmaden er maksimalt middel, men de gør alt hvad de kan. Hotellet har simpelthen været nyt for længe
