Good: the rooms are spacious, clean, and pretty comfortable overall. The location is great, right by the Head of Franz Kafka. Bad: the check-in process is not great, the staff is not really nice, and they just kind of stare at you until you think of what to ask next (incl. what docs they need to begin with). They never mentioned the Wi-Fi password, one just has to see the tiny paper cutoffs in the mini-bucket and grab themselves (i.e. no password in the room either). The phone has no mention of how to dial reception, but when asked downstairs, they tell you it's "000" with a sort of demeanor that it's somehow one should know it already (note: there's no mention of that number anywhere or "Reception" button on the phone).

Hotel location is great - less than 5 minutes from the metro and tram stop. Prague is very walkable and hotel is 10 minutes from the Old Town Square and similar distance to the river. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices and good coffee. Nespresso machine in the room too. Would stay here again!

The property was nice, but for some reason the air-conditioning made alot of unnecessary noise. Housekeeping needs to check supplies when there cleaning the rooms to restock. At least one english station needs to be on the television with subtitles as it was hard to understand the language. But I will highly recommend the property. The beer spa was amazing and customers services was indeed excellent.

I requested a change of my bedding due to dust, which was making me itchy. I left for Berlin and returned three days later, but my bedding was still unchanged. I notified reception who had someone go up and change the bedding. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and the location was great!

The hotel was just what we wanted. The beer spa was excellent and we are so hlad we dod that. Breakfast provided a lot of choice. We enjoyed a few cocktails in the bar and they were not too expensive.

Clean and spacious room. Nice comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good with a lot of hot and cold options. I cannot fault breakfast. Staff were friendly. The hotel is in the city centre next to the Kafka statute. Very convenient location. The room had good air conditioning.
