Beautiful property. Great free breakfast included. Close to market, stores, restaurants, etc. Started off in 2 twin room and they accommodated us next day with king bed suite. Staff was professional and detailed orientated. They even left a birthday note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday. Would recommend and stay again.

This was our first time to Prague and the hotel staff were very friendly with a great breakfast catering for lots of tastes. The room was spacious, comfortable and they provided plenty of toiletries just in case. I'd recommend a stay here. It's in a handy location near a tram stop and within walkable distance of the old town.

Good: the rooms are spacious, clean, and pretty comfortable overall. The location is great, right by the Head of Franz Kafka. Bad: the check-in process is not great, the staff is not really nice, and they just kind of stare at you until you think of what to ask next (incl. what docs they need to begin with). They never mentioned the Wi-Fi password, one just has to see the tiny paper cutoffs in the mini-bucket and grab themselves (i.e. no password in the room either). The phone has no mention of how to dial reception, but when asked downstairs, they tell you it's "000" with a sort of demeanor that it's somehow one should know it already (note: there's no mention of that number anywhere or "Reception" button on the phone).

Hotel location is great - less than 5 minutes from the metro and tram stop. Prague is very walkable and hotel is 10 minutes from the Old Town Square and similar distance to the river. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices and good coffee. Nespresso machine in the room too. Would stay here again!

The property was nice, but for some reason the air-conditioning made alot of unnecessary noise. Housekeeping needs to check supplies when there cleaning the rooms to restock. At least one english station needs to be on the television with subtitles as it was hard to understand the language. But I will highly recommend the property. The beer spa was amazing and customers services was indeed excellent.
