This two-story home enjoys a classic country setting in the outskirts of small-town Prattsburgh. It's incredibly close to Keuka Lake, a hub for kayaking, boating, and paddleboarding. Head to Keuka Lake State Park (six miles) and you'll find a boat ramp, lakeside picnic areas, and beautiful hiking trails. You'll also be in the heart of wine country, with the surrounding area full of world-class vineyards.

Whether you spend your time hunting for deer or visiting Keuka College (nine miles), this home provides the perfect, private spot to begin and end each day. Gaze out across pastures and treetops as you sip your morning coffee, light the gas grill for sunset barbecues on the patio, and snuggle up to the gas firepit for evenings of storytelling and stargazing on the expansive, covered deck.

Highlights of the interior include a cozy living space warmed by a woodstove, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a window-lined dining area where you can set up board games in the evenings. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
