Whether golfing at Robert Trent Jones, enjoying the downtown scene, or some other adventure, everything is close by. Enjoy the covered back deck and pond area, fully equipped kitchen, grill, or find a moment of peace in the quiet room looking into the back yard.

Note: Due to the nature of caring for the Koi pond my mother has to stop by to check the pond skimmers for leaves and other blockages, ensure the water pumps are working properly, and feed the fish. This typically only takes about 5 minutes and no access to the house is needed. There is also an 18 year old cat that has lived at the house that she feeds.

Don't be afraid to say "Hi!" and chat if you want. If you would rather not that is completely fine too. She can text you when she is on her way if you would like or not, just let us know what you prefer.

Additional Note: The "service fee" is the cleaning fee for the stay at the house.

Brothers trip

Lovely Oasis

We stayed here while visiting our granddaughter. It was truly a home away from home. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The host thought of everything a person could need while traveling.

Outdoor oasis

This home was convenient and well-stocked. The backyard was a true pleasure I couldn't get enough of and able to be used in rain under the deck as well as shine. Lots of attention to functional details. TVs in each room and everything we needed. Loved our stay.

The owner have thought of all details when putting this place together. There's welcoming and peaceful feeling as soon as you enter the door. They thought of everything that you may need. This home that's been shared with it's guest to feel at home away from home. This is a hidden gem. If it's available upon my next visit to Alabama i will definitely rent again.

Golf Trip to RTJ

The house was perfect for us. There were 3 adult males on a golf weekend. The house was exceptionally clean and exactly as the listing states. The little things like like coffee pods and extra toiletries were very nice extras. And the hosts were really friendly and really wanted our stay to be enjoyable.

Nice place to stay

House was clean and well stocked. Backyard pond is a nice extra. Bed was comfortable. Large clothes washer and dryer. Located close to variety of restaurants and shopping options. Property manager responded quickly to inquiries. No issues at all. Would stay again.

A little bit of paradise

I loved and enjoyed this beautiful little house with the lovely backyard. The home was very comfortable with clear instructions provided. There are many sitting places inside not to mention the outside. I loved the deck, the pond, the water features. It is a perfect place to catch ones breath. I would definitely stay in this location again and already have some friends that are interested in experiencing the Oasis. Loved it!

Great option to hotel

Located within minutes of town and our conference and yet the setting was very peaceful and felt we were in a rural area with a nice pond in the back yard. The local cat was very friendly and came by to say hello every time we were outside. Any time we had issues the owners were very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with a coffee station complete with coffee, sweetener and creamer for the Keurig. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of linens. Having 2 mirrors with individual electrical outlets helped with two people sharing a bath.

Graduation at Maxwell AF Base

Great stay! We were in town for our son’s graduation from the AF base. It is an easy drive to the base and afforded us a wonderful place to be together. We sat out by the pond in the evening to visit and play cards and ate all our meals there too. It was also perfect for an early morning cup of coffee. We had everything we needed. Bedrooms are large and the mattresses are comfortable me. Well equipped kitchen, and a very nice grill. The host is very responsive both before and during the stay. We didn’t need anything but at first I didn’t see the grill, lol. He answered immediately. The house is also amazingly clean. It’s not fancy but very comfortable, well kept, and inviting. Loved it!
