Staff responds to emails immediately for any questions especially about visiting temples in the area of Yogjakarta, helped me to connect with Tyas and Dharma who organized our trips to Borobudur and Prambanan. We enjoyed our short stay & it was worth it."

"The breakfast was good. Staff are friendly. They only had one elevator working so that was a bit inconvenient. The location of the hotel is good. It was a few minutes walk to Galleria Mall. It was a bit far from Malioboro. Here are plenty of nearby eateries "

"We love the hotel and enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. We ate dinner there and the food was good. Bizarrely, wine was unbelievably expensive with the cheapest bottle being over $200. When we said that the restaurant and the front desk they said that a lot of people say that. Roaster and bear around the corner is a very good restaurant with $30 bottles of wine. "

"Great value hotel located close to shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride from the Sultan’s Palace, Water Castle etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food in general all very good. We did a tour to Borobudur and Prambanan Temples through the hotel and our driver, Mudi, was excellent. Very safe and always had cold water waiting for us after each visit. "

"This hotel is fantastic. The facilities are amazing - great bar/restaurant, breakfast top notch, friendly staff, on site gym and spa (had massages on two consecutive days because it was so good!), pool… love the decor and the atmosphere because it’s so green and verdant… feels like an indoor jungle. The whole hotel feels like a spa. Somehow bug-free despite being full of plants. We splashed out on a suite (still very affordable) and it was worth every penny. Having a bath was so nice and the view of Merapi/the city was awesome. Hotel has a great location, easy to get picked up by a Grab within a few minutes every time we tried and even walked back from the city centre once. Can’t fault it at all. 10/10."

"They made a few mistakes in the beginning with my room but they made up for them with extra excelent service, shout out to Mr Yanto and mba Belinda at Kayu Manis restaurant and all the staff at the restaurant for treating me and my Mom with smile, kindness and professionalism. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Keep the good work 🙏"
