"We stayed in The Oceanic Sportel for 5 nights. We, however, spent most of the days on tours and did not use any of the facilities hotel offers (pool, gym, tennis courts). Be aware of the location of the hotel, there are no close beaches as most of them are on the other side of the island. The staff is always nice. We took breakfast at the hotel as well. The breakfast offers a lot to choose from. "

"The hotel is ok, a little tired and out of the way. Staff are friendly and its saving grace is that is close to Friday Cafe and Bistrot, which is very good and remarkably reasonable. If you do end up here I recommend a trip to the Old Town, a delight."

"The location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and it’s the perfect setting for relaxation. Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close. The staff are so friendly especially Mr Annon (excuse my spelling) he is great host. YNWA!"

"The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The mini bar had some nice complimentary items. Unlike many places, the rooms were not serviced each day, nor was the water replaced. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear everything that happened in the next room. The service we received was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again."

Perfect for two people or two couples so everyone has their own space and are not stepping over each other. The hot water from the shower was an added bonus and the beds were comfortable as well. "We had a good stay here. We had a pool access room which was nice to go straight into the pool after a day of sight seeing. The only negative is it’s quite near the reception area and you can hear a lot so I would advise earplugs. I put them in the second night and slept much better.
