WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles, and cards to enjoy hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home comes with Mini Split Air Conditioning and Heat for your comfort.

Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.
Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the main floor, highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet area, and a large walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the main floor and features Two full-size Beds
Additional sleeping: There is a pull-out Double size bed in the couch that can be used as well
Bathrooms: This home has private bathrooms located on the main floor that is attached to the Master Suite, as well as a bathroom attached to the second bedroom for guests to use. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
Propane Grill: There is a propane grill on the deck for your use.
Washer/Dryer: The home has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience. Laundry pods are provided.
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.
**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety
Guests will have access to the entire property minus the locked garage.
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 6 guests staying the night. Please, no pets (not even just to visit) unless it's authorized by the host. No large parties, or smoking in the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund if violated.
If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-outs may be available if the calendar allows. Thank you for understanding.
We do accept alterations requests but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added.
