Hotel has excellent location for a good view. The resort is aged/older, lights in rooms are dim, but still has some charm. For the price you pay it’s a good stay . Casino in house, coffee shop and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again .

The hotel like the other reviews have stated needs to be updated. The televisions are extremely small. The rooms are extremely comfortable, large, nice beds and nice pillows. They have a great restaurant with live music and dancing on the weekends. The restaurant is excellent and they have full room service. Staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. If the resort did the updates, this would be a 5 star resort. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was really nice, the room was really nice. I really enjoyed it, some constructive criticism would be the Shower head was awful and leaky and the carpet was kinda a tripping hazard potential but over all I enjoyed my stay and experience.

The room we stayed in on the 3rd floor had a beautiful view and balcony. We have been coming here for the last few years for New Year’s because the entertainment and food are great. The furnishings were old and run down, carpet needs replacing or at least stretched! Room was very dark could use some better lighting. The Keurig coffee maker in the room was broken. Wall paper on bathroom wall was peeling. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was closed because the pump went out. The hot tub was not filled all the way up and needed some chlorine added to it as well. The pool area and hot tub desperately need to be remodeled. The towels by the pool were threadbare with strings hanging from them. The food at the Grey room was excellent and the servers were great. We enjoy staying here and hope someone remodels it soon. There is so much potential for this place. We paid $200 (including tax) for this room.
