Beautiful six bedroom retreat on nine acres of pines, secluded from all the distractions of the city, yet JUST MINUTES from downtown Prescott. Refresh your soul or exercise your body. Indoor racquetball, wallyball, pickleball, table shuffleboard, foosball, pool or ping pong. Outside volleyball, paddle tennis, pickleball, basketball, bumper pool, foosball and horseshoes. Then relax those tired muscles in the Jacuzzi or sauna on the back patio area where there is also plenty of seating area just to relax and enjoy the serenity of it all. If you’re lucky you might even see some deer running along the property! All of this and you never even have to leave the property.
Large yard area for playing a game of wiffle ball or just letting the kids run around. There is also a trampoline for any of you “young at heart”.
Golf courses and Goldwater Lake are minutes away - (kayak’s available). Mountain bikes or quads may be rented at a location nearby. Your choice the couch or the activities – book now!

The Fun Cabin - A Must Stay!
This is the 5th time we’ve rented this cabin. It feels so secluded yet it’s a short drive to the grocery store and Whiskey Row. This place is incredible for groups with a wide range of interests and all ages. Our group ranged from 11 to 70, and there’s so much to do for everyone. If you’re looking for a place that bridges the generational gap, this is it! The exceptional game room brings everyone together and everyone will love the shuffleboard, foosball, pool table, and even an indoor court! The kitchen is the most well-appointed kitchen with everything you could need to entertain a large group. The outdoor spaces are incredibly peaceful. We saw a lot of wildlife including javelina and deer. The host is fantastic to work with and has always addressed any concerns or questions we’ve had. We’re thankful to the hosts for this property as so many memories have been made. We hope to return again and again to make many more memories. Thank you for everything - another excellent stay!!

Wonderful Retreat!!
This place was amazing, plenty of room for my family and all our guests and tons to do. Beautiful mountain retreat great for larger parties. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had all we needed. No need to even leave the cabin we enjoyed all the amenities so much. Wonderful Rental we would love to stay again.

Best Property in Prescott
Our annual trip was successful again thanks to Rhonda and her team. Incredible property that feels so remote yet is just a short drive to the grocery store and Whiskey Row. Beautiful secluded property with lots of amenities. Hot tub, shuffleboard table, pool table and more. Kitchen and dining room great for large group and we also ate out on the deck. Not far from downtown but in the property you don’t hear cars or people.

Loved the cabin!
Our church's women's retreat was at the cabin in April. We had such a wonderful time! Rhonda is so accommodating and helpful! We felt so welcomed. The cabin is fantastic! It was so spacious and was a great lay out for us to have our teaching and activities. The property is large and offers great outside seating for eating and fellowship. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely Beautiful
Beautiful, large cabin that accommodated 11 children under the age of 13 and had plenty of entertainment to keep them busy. I was very impressed with the cabins secluded location, large open family rooms and plenty of sitting and eating areas around the house. Rhonda was an excellent host who showed concerned of our well-being handling the snow and traveling safely. Thank you for the pleasant stay in your home. Family birthday get together
We had a great time at the cabin for a family birthday celebration. Our group ranged in age from 3-70+ and we all had a great weekend. There's no shortage of things to do, we played lots of games, pool, badminton, volleyball, and a great kickball game in the yard, it had it all. We had a family of javelinas come for a morning visit in the back yard as well. The cabin is really family friendly, tons of fun stuff to explore and do. You can't get bored at this place! We can't wait to go back again. Rhonda was a great host, very responsive throughout the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mountain palace
The Charles' mountain retreat is Xanadu in the mountains. Two dining rooms! A baby grand piano! An incredible hot tub! A terrific game room! A full-size, sub-basement racquetball court! And that's not even mentioning the private and peaceful mountain ravine setting. This really is a perfect property for groups, and Rhonda was a very responsive host. A unique and incredible place.

Beautiful large home
Our family and 2 others stayed at the home for 4 days. Rhonda was responsive to any questions or concerns we may of had throughout the entire process. House was everything we needed and even a little throw back in time for some of us.. Would recommend this house to any large family or group looking to get away to a quiet remote location, but still be within 15 minutes of downtown Prescott and all its shops and restaurants. so much to do for everyone
It's a great place for a large group of all ages. We spent our family Christmas. The home is a little out dated and the kitchen utensils were really old and in unkept condition. Under the beds still had items from the people before, and the home is very personal to the home owners with family pictures in every room. The contract stated if we left the property in a clean and orderly condition we would receive a refund to our cleaning, however the homeowners have not responded to our email inquiring about this. The entire stay was great and there are amazing amenities for this house to keep everyone entertained the entire time of the stay.

long weekend
This is a sensational place to stay. I wish we had known that coyotes could push over the trash bin at the top of the drive--we picked up trash in our Sunday clothes. A good hint is to lock the bin to the tree with the gate lock and problem would be solved. I guess we had leftover pizza and chicken wings for them to feast upon. The regrigerator was a little unnerving. It was partially filled with food from the owners or prior guests. We had a large group and needed the space so it was a little difficult. The refrigerator was not as clean as it could have been due to this condition. We could not figure out how to turn on the hot tub--it may have been on a timer. Other than those items, this is a wonderful place. Large, roomy, comfortable, quiet and lots of fun.

All the amenities of a cruise ship, but no crowds!
We're a large family that like to get together at least once a year. We've done cruises out but some in our group don't like the crowds. So this year we visited this beautiful cabin near downtown Prescott for the weekend. Now we think that this Mountain Club enormous cabin in the woods has all of the amenities of a cruise ship without the crowds. The jacuzzi was large and in use almost all the time. And we had it all to ourselves. The dry sauna was a great surprise that I had somehow missed during our planning. It worked flawlessly and again, we had it all to ourselves. Everyone had fun with the foosball, pool, and shuffleboard table in the game room. The two-player full-size arcade basketball game in the garage was fun. And the racquetball/pickleball/wallyball court was truly amazing. That's an experience nobody will forget! One morning we gathered on the porch overlooking the lawn and watched a family of three deer nipping at the grass. We later saw 8 javelina in the yard. These were idyllic moments my 8 grandchildren will treasure! Everything in the house is high quality, especially the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and tableware. I would strongly recommend staying here for any large group that wants their guests to feel special and pampered.

December 21-27 stay
Overall, this property is a great place for a large group to stay. We appreciated the large common areas for playing games and music. The location makes you feel as if you are more isolated than you are and the wildlife trooping through the yard adds to this illusion. When we arrived, the drive had not been cleared of ice and we had to sort through getting our vehicles up the drive after dropping off luggage. We cleared the ice ourselves the following day after it warmed up and softened it. The kitchen is well laid out with ample storage in the pantries and large refrigerators. The thin aluminum cookware was a challenge to use on the electric stove as it transmitted heat very unevenly. We recommend some more robust pots and pans to avoid this challenge for future chefs that stay. We were able to contact either the owner or the housekeeper with questions which saved a lot of headache with concerns about the thermostat location, wood supply and stove operation. The master suite and the "Doll Room" were difficult to heat using the main forced air heaters. We added a space heater to the "Doll Room" and used the woodstove in the master suite (a very nice stove too!). We hope this feedback is helpful and look forward to another visit in the future.

Superb Family Destination
The house is amazing and such a great place for families of all ages to gather. There are a multitude of different, relaxing, and fun spaces. We had three generations of extended family there for a wedding and hosted several larger gatherings. People played just about every active game available, racquetball, shuffleboard (my favorite), pool, ping pong, basketball. There was never an excuse to just sit around if you wanted to be active. Other members of our extended family would join us during the day to hang out or to have breakfast together. There is ample parking for quite a few cars. It is close enough to town but also feels away in the mountains. The home exudes personality, quaint and fun-loving. It is perfect for families with children. There are play spaces inside and out. The kitchen is large and the refrigerator/freezer is huge. There are large eating spaces inside and on the patio where the gas grill is located. We used everything but the formal dining area. The house invites casual gatherings and old fashioned fun. A great find and the owners are good at communication. They want your stay to be a great one. The internet was spotty and, as warned, the reception for phones was iffy, but it wasn't a big deal even though most of our group relies in their normal life on the web. If you can't find something to do here, whether active or just sipping a cool drink in the hot tub, you've got no one to blame but yourself!

Many great spaces for family activities plus a cornucopia of things for kids to do.
Our second stay here and our group of 18 including 8 children had the time of our lives again. There were so many comfy places to gather for different activities: TV in the family room, card games in the dining room and formal dining room, conversations on the many couces in the enormous living room, a marshmallow roast in the firepit outside, and on and on. The bedrooms give us plenty of options for all the different families. The kitchen had everything we needed to spend hours baking and cooking with top-of-the-line kitchenware. The younger kids loved the indoor racquetball court or the "screaming room" as they call it because of the astounding acoustics. This is a wonderful location and our hosts responded quickly when I had a couple of questions during our stay. This is a VRBO not to be missed.
