Not sure how we lucked out, but there was an available parking spot just twenty feet from the entrance. I’ve never had a more convenient parking spot! This hotel was great—the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. We even received complimentary drinks as part of the package. The theming, which initially drew us in, gave us a chuckle in the end. Something about 'The Naked Experience' was both quirky and amusing. The bed covers had instructions on how to set them up and 'get naked' in them. My straight best friend and I couldn’t stop laughing about it. It was charming, unique, and full of character. I would absolutely stay here again.

Customer service was impeccable. Stunning views of the city and Elliott Bay. Elegant design throughout the rooms and the bathroom with the tub was splendid. Great overall experience at hotel Lotte. Did I mention that exceptional customer service?

Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel had great amenities and was very clean. The area was very walkable with multiple dining options and a grocery store just across the street.

Fairmont Olympic has a great lobby/bar, friendly service, and the location is perfect.
