The room was great but there was a lot of road noise and we had to park in the back parking area and haul luggage quite a ways to get to an elevator. Just not the most convenient and no amenities to speak of.

The Landmark was very nice. The remodeling that has been done is of quality. Location was great and the town of Pikeville was charming.

FORGET THE TERRIBLE STUFF!!! Reservation cancelled by contacting Motel directly. (I was in hospital). Staff was very sympathetic/understanding, cancellation went smoothly.

Rooms were very clean and front desk, cleaning team and maintenance were very professional and friendly. Toilets are very low and bathroom fairly small, but serviceable. Bed was very comfortable - furnishings in the room are standard. One end of the building started to collapse and is being propped up. Overall condition of the exterior is pretty poor - dirty corners, crumbling concrete, loose railings, etc. Decent for a budget hotel

The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Apart from the beds, the rest of the room and facilities are tired and air conditioning is extremely loud. But a good budget stay overall.
