This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx 200 yards away. Prestwick beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Prestwick Golf Club, St Nicholas Golf Club & St Cuthberts Golf Club.

The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, with centre island which is open plan onto lounge area. This has two large sofas. Two bedrooms with beds which can be twin or double configuration and have built in wardrobe space. Family bathroom with shower over bath.

The building benefits from secure entry and immaculate communal areas and grounds, the front of the building offers a parking space for one car and there is plentiful on street parking.

Just perfect!
Great size. Great location. Loved staying at this apartment. Would definately stay here again and highly recommend it. It met all our needs. Only negative is not having terestrial tv just the use of apps.
