"Our stay at Jessica’s beachfront home was truly magical! We came to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was his very first time seeing the ocean, and watching him fall in love with the beach was pure joy, he didn’t want to leave! Both of my kids had the best time. The home is absolutely stunning, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with panoramic views that took our breath away every single day. Jessica went above and beyond as a host, making us feel welcome and cared for from start to finish. This trip gave us priceless memories as a family, and we’re already counting down the days until we can return!"

"This property surpassed our expectations! We stayed here with our four teenagers and two dogs. The property owner provided us with all the information we needed for check in/out several days in advance which helped us with last minute plans. The house was so convenient to reach the beach and the beach was so pleasant that we opted to skip making the drive to the ocean. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets and even saw an amazing rainbow. The neighborhood was so peaceful and it was just a quick drive to reach other activities like dining and trails in the nature reserve. The garage/basement of the house held so many items that we could use. My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay!"

"Chose to stay here during a coaching event at DE Turf. The pictures don’t do it justice. The cottage is lovely. Lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay wonderful. My daughter LOVED to rest after games in the loft room- and I loved having laundry and everything I needed in the kitchen. And the communication with the host thru the entire process was as flawless!! Will stay again when coaching brings me to DE Turf! "

"Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed being able to run back and forth from the beach without having to drag all the kids and all the beach stuff with us each time. There was a really cute local 4th of July parade, and lots of people gathered on the beach for fireworks and socializing. A great place for families, we found ourselves interacting with a lot of other families who were also staying in the area, which gave it a friendly, small town feel. Even with the holiday it was never crowded and it was like having your own private beach right outside. We had great communication with the host who was super friendly and responsive. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommended!!"
