"Inside the, house and linen were clean, beds comfortable. The only air conditioner is downstairs and it needs a new remote, on arrival the upstairs was very warm even for Tasmania. After leaving windows open it became cooler however on hot days upstairs would be very hot without air-conditioning. Outside courtyard and garden really needs a clean up. Very unwelcoming. "The house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Hobart. A few minutes to the city in a quiet street. The house was very clean and tidy with good facilities. It has a great view of Mt Wellington! A small suggestion: we needed to buy a dish cloth and scrubber as the dishwasher is only small and there were 7 of us to wash up for."

"We really enjoyed our week as did our miniature schnauzer. The home presented exactly as described - spotless and with ample crockery, cutlery, pantry items and dog accessories. The view was amazing with dolphins present. The beach was minutes walk away and dog friendly. The property being not fully fenced was a minor issue. Property manager Deb was a great communicator. We will definitely be back"
