Sitting on a gorgeous lot with mature trees, it is just two blocks away from all the conveniences of Main Street. The inviting foyer flows seamlessly into the spacious open plan living and dining areas. An adjoining eat-in kitchen with a walk-out to the back deck provides easy access for al-fresco dining. The laundry room, two-piece bathroom, and mudroom with a walk-out to the driveway are conveniently tucked away in the new addition with vaulted ceilings. It was a very nice homey property to stay at. The only issue was communication in receiving the check-in and check-out instruction. I do not have a smartphone and thus can not receive emails. I did ask the hostess via a voice message on her phone to call with the instructions or text. She only relied on emailing which I can not receive. Luckily I was able to phone the contact number upon arrival and eventually got hold of a fellow who was able to give my the code to get into the house. A disconnect with the old way of communicating and the new! Still a lovely place to call home for a day.
