Beautiful place in a central location
The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town.

Family trip
We came to the area to visit family and wanted to stay within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Nassau street. The house was small and cozy, clean and ready for use. We had a great stay and the location was great. I only wish the weather had been better!

Convenient location- charming and clean
Pros: The location of the property is excellent. It is located within short walking distance of several restaurants and a café. It is about a half mile from downtown Princeton and just a few blocks further to the Gates of the University. The inside of the house is charming, particularly the downstairs. The house was spotlessly clean and for the most part the kitchen was well stocked (lots of spices, could’ve used a few more utensils - ) Excellent shower, comfortable beds The manager was responsive to messages and very pleasant and easy to deal with Cons: You should be aware of the rental is a duplex, not the whole house. It is not a huge problem and we were not bothered by the neighbors but I was not aware of this from the listing The backyard area is a little rundown, the house on one side has a very dilapidated carport and to the other side is a small shotgun and cottage in very poor condition, which happens to be a historic site Of an early church from the 1930s. The upstairs bedrooms are VERY small and there are no dressers or places to put clothing or suitcases other than the floor and one closet in each room. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was an excellent spot from which to move my daughter into her first year of college!
