Recently remodeled throughout with 5 bedrooms to choose from - King bed, ensuite bath with private lanai bedroom, Queen bed with private lanai bedroom, two Twin beds with workstation bedroom, Queen bed, ensuite bath with private lanai studio bedroom, and Queen sofa-bed with ensuite half bath bedroom. Large living room for gathering and game playing, dining area and gourmet kitchen. Lanais with gorgeous views, hot tub, BBQ and dining under the stars.

Beautiful Property
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a really hot week on the Island, but the bedrooms stayed cool at night. The downstairs room was hot even at night, it was cool during the early morning and afternoon. There are conflicting instructions on the A/C and how much it can be used without paying extra, the instructions/rules posted on the wall inside the front door contradict the instructions printed on the counter. Our only complaint would be that the whole house fan in the living room looks like it is stuck open in the vent so it would get extremely hot from pulling in hot air and the A/C couldn’t keep up and even reached the high 90s in the living room. We ended up turning it off. Overall, we would stay here again! Extremely clean and nice accommodations.

Friends vacation
Five couples came to Kauai to enjoy 4 fabulous days of friendship! I booked us at this Princeville house which had everything we needed to relax- fully equipped kitchen (Foodland is a few minutes away), grill, 5 bedrooms, laundry, great AC/ nighttime breeze, and a greatly needed hot tub after our long excursions. Everyone loved the beautiful house; it was perfect!
