Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private one bedroom home includes a complete kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Bedroom area is comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Smart HDTV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, private lanai, beach essentials, pool, BBQ grill and onsite parking.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. The property was clean and newly updated. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was conveniently located and while I knew it was a studio, it lacked some basic conveniences. There was absolutely no way to cook other than a microwave and small rice maker. No hot plate, stove top, pots or pans,which made cooking breakfast (or anything) very difficult. After shopping at Costco this in combination with the mini fridge made for a rough start. The host was not accommodating or overly understanding when I immediately contacted him/her regarding this inconvenience. There were very few electrical outlets and while the portable air conditioner worked well in the bedroom it didn’t reach the small living room area. The small kitchen sink served the kitchen and bathroom. The host was clear about trash removal but the provided trash cans were very small and no extra bags were provided. Be aware the grill is one community bbq.
