I was only at the Makia Club resort for three days in a 1-bedroom condo and maintenance had to come in twice, once to fix the safe and the other because the washing machine did not work. The walls are also very thin, and you can really hear your neighbors. But the front desk people were very nice and informative when I asked them questions about the area, etc.. Overall, I had a pleasant three day stay.

I would give it a five star rating but a couple of things prevented me to give that rating. First, I requested for an early check-in but ended up with a late check-in due to the room not being ready. Second, I was promised to received texts from the front desks for a couple things including when my room would be ready but did not. I had to go back to the front office to get the communication.

Loved how easy it was to access any amenities and that we could either rent or check out items for the beach. The kids were thrilled! Our cottage was clean and gorgeous! My only complaint is the amount of roosters. They'll get the day started for you real early:)

Great friendly service! We stayed here for a week. The mattress was too soft, though, and made my back hurt. Other than that, it was very convenient… free beach towels, chairs, and umbrella to borrow for your stay!

Nice condo with lovely grounds. Initially was a little hard to find. Hard to turn left into highway. We had a bottom floor unit but unfortunately very noisy people were above us which interfered with the peace. Convenient to rent snorkel gear on site. Staff were helpful.

Our 1 BR condo had a good layout, newish furniture and fixtures, and all the equipment we need -- the washer/dryer was especially welcome. Perfectly clean. Management easy to deal with. 20 minute walk to Hideaway Beach, our favorite. Rec Kalypso Grill for excellent food - get takeout to avoid the wait line.
