This 5 bedroom home sleeps 16 people and has beautiful views of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains of Vermont. Offering privacy, this spacious home is located just minutes outside of the The Adirondack Park and is nestled on the edge of 40 acres of forest, which contain several walking trails and scenic views. Located just 10 minutes from Plattsburgh, this property is conveniently situated in the middle of Burlington VT, Lake Placid NY and Montreal Quebec. These are all located within about an hours drive. Whiteface Mountain and Titus Mountain ski resorts and just about 45 minutes away, and Lake Champlain is just about a 10 minute drive. This home would be perfect for family reunions and gathering.

Beautiful place to spend with family
Great place to get together with family. Quiet and peaceful. Absolutely awesome kitchen! Very comfortable beds with quality linens. This is a very nice place - private but yet close enough to all the amenities. The hosts are very nice and quick to accommodate should you need anything.

Wonderful
There were 17 of us and it worked nicely for us. Beautiful location, spacious home. There are only 5 not 7 bedrooms but enough space for everyone to sleep. The family loved the hot tub and sauna. The view is spectacular. It was a great space for a special holiday get together. We’d definitely rent again.

Graduation Celebration Weekend
This is a well equipped home with a lot of amenities. The hot-tub, sauna and fire pit were just amazing bonuses. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of cooking gear and utensils. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The beds were equally comfortable and the surrounding peaceful. It served our needs perfectly in celebrating graduation weekend from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Wonderful, huge house
Enormous house, large common spaces, endless deck, endless front yard with tasty apples on the nearby tree, hot tub works great, plenty of hot water for all of us in the showers. Master bedroom has a huge bathroom, other bedrooms are very comfortable, one shared full bathroom among them and another full bathroom by the hot tub. If we come back to the area, we would stay there again!!

Great for family get togethers
The house is very spacious! We used it for a family get together and the space was great. We were able to cook meals, spend time together and separate when needed. The views of Vermont were awesome and we loved having the fireplace and hot tub. The kids really enjoyed the yard and the workout area was a nice bonus. We did have to clean up a bit when we got there but it was minor. We would stay again.

Absolutely Stunning!
Beautiful property, and the house is HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of natural light and a very relaxing atmosphere. My dog lived the land as well. We plan to visit again in the Fall. Host was excellent!

Perfect for family gathering
This house is the perfect place for reuniting all the family. We were 4 families with 5 children and had an amazing stay. The house is huge, warm and cozy. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and for everybody to sleep comfortable. The host was amazing and accommodated us with providing all the necessary baby items and cooking items we needed for. Overall, we loved it and highly recommend.

Amazing house for family to gather
We needed a place for out-of-town guest to stay for our daughter's baby shower. This house was more then that, we were able to host the baby shower for about 27 people at the house and stay there in comfort. The kitchen we great for food prep and the layout allowed the party without interfering with the guest area. Wonderful! The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great spot for an extended family get together
Nice location and property is well suited to extended family staying there. House was as described in the listing and lots of space for relaxing throughout the house! Great wildlife (loved watching the phoebes feed their young!) Allowed dogs, which was a bonus with lots of room to run around outside. All in all an excellent experience! A+++

Great holiday weekend!
The house was great, it was a great place to get back to and relax after going out to nearby attractions. The kids had so much fun in the huge backyard! Aimme is incredible. She was ready to give us her attention, she was kind, and quick to help us with anything. Now we want to come back in the winter!

One of the few large places you can rent near Plattsburgh
We had a large extended family come together for our mother's 90th surprise birthday party. Our host was friendly and amenable to early check-in and the house was large and able to keep a large span of age groups happy and busy. The only issues were mice in the house, an oven that didn't heat very well, and a toilet that plugged up.

10 men. 5 boats. 5 trucks. Plenty of parking for the boats and trucks. Plenty of power to charge boat batteries. Plenty of room in the house. The house is set up perfectly for this vacation. Will definitely be back.

Wedding Party weekend
This property was even more than we could have hoped for in finding a place to spend our wedding weekend with our bridal party and their dates. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and have privacy. The gorgeous views from the large porch were great for getting ready photos for the groom and groomsmen. Four families with 7 children ranging from 6 months to 6 years old stayed here for 4 nights. There’s tons of space for everyone, conveniently located to hiking trails and Montreal, beautiful property and stunning mountain and sunrise views from most rooms of the house. Hot tub was a dream. The sauna was a sweet playroom for the kids. lol A dream of a shower (master bedroom). Kitchen is a dream too. The house is stocked, you don’t need to bring anything extra. We had a great time and hope for an opportunity to do it again!

Family Retreat
We had a fantastic stay! The home’s main level has the master and all of the open family areas. Downstairs are four other large bedrooms and another living room and nook area with another futon. There are plenty of bathrooms around. The views were outstanding from every room and the jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing. If you’re looking to gather lots of family together this is a fantastic fun house with the comfort of being in the country! The owners were very kind and prompt, we couldn’t have had a better time! Thank you for a wonderful family retreat!

Awesome, Spacious home!
We loved staying at this home!Hot tub and saunas were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Spent most of our time in the kitchen which was nice since it had a pellet stove so we were cozy. Beautiful views of mountains and lots of space for kids to play outside. We skied at Whiteface, spent an afternoon in Lake Placid and a day in Montréal. Our kids had a blast. Highly recommend. Snow plow showed up early to make sure we had an easy time getting out. Very attentive, thoughtful and responsive owners.
