"We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time."

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Wonderful apartment in perfect location central to Orvieto. The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Wonderful Village and charming people. Francesco, our Host, was very helpful and charming. He truly cares about others and their happiness and comfort. The accomodations were so nice. He even invited us into his family home every morning to cook us a personalized breakfast while we were there. The Village is small and charming and very, very quiet. Our entire stay was more than perfect. We plan to return someday. Thank ypu so much, Francesco!"

"We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "No complaints about the property. Everything was nice, staff members very friendly and accommodating. BUT property address did not show up on the navigation system on our rental car, and Google Map kept giving us wrong directions. By the time we reached the property, it was late and we were exhausted. Reception talked to the restaurant on property, and we were able to have fine dinner before their kitchen closed. Unless you enjoy long walks, driving to Terme di Saturnia (hot springs) outside the property is recommended. Parking there is free before 8AM. Wearing tight water shoes is recommended as it was hard for us to walk in hot springs with our flip flops."
