"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet.
