I was a solo traveler. And I stayed in a standard double room. My room was right next to the reception on the ground floor. Noises in early morning were unavoidable, and that was a bit disappointing. This was my first time using a digital key for both hotel access and room entry. The setup process was straightforward, and using it was relatively easy. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful—they reached out well before check-in with clear instructions on how to access and use the e-key. One standout feature was the laundry service, which was not offered at the other hotels I stayed at during this trip. It was completed the same day and cost €16 (cash only), which I found convenient and reasonably priced. The only area for improvement was housekeeping. There was no service during my first night/day, which wasn’t a major issue as I tend to keep the room tidy. However, it would have been appreciated if essentials like toilet tissue had been replenished and the bathroom had been dried or refreshed. The shower head in my bathroom was very powerful - with no shower curtain nor door in the walk-in shower, it was unavoidable to flood the bathroom.

One of the standout features of Pinnacle Hotel is its rooftop. The breathtaking views of the Acropolis and the city skyline are unforgettable, especially at sunset. It’s a serene spot for relaxation or enjoying a drink. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Athens. It made exploring the city’s historical landmarks, vibrant neighborhoods, and bustling markets a breeze. Overall, Pinnacle Hotel Athens is a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Athens. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city!
