"Amazing, refreshing family holiday! We loved this quiet, private beach front property. Pool was well maintained. Property manager met us on initial check in! Great places to eat within walking distance and there was fruit and vegetables at a local market. Bedrooms (2) comfortable with air conditioner in each room. The locals were helpful and friendly.Would definitely recommend this site if you're looking for a relaxing, private getaway."

"First, Rena's beachfront property, Casa Del Mar Esmeralda was every bit as beautiful as advertised. And before we even arrived Rena's hospitality was on display, as she answered several questions we had about the area: travel, security, sharks (lol), Cenotes, La Ruinas, etc. Her and her staff were very accommodating from the time we arrived, which included arrangements for my partner Melissa to actually check in a few hours earlier than me. "I felt I had found a diamond in the rough. The gate opened to a beautiful pool, in front of the large patio. The house was large and the layout was perfect for us. We have a large family and little children so safety was very important. One bedroom and bathroom on first floor so you didn’t have to climb steps to potty. "Had trouble finding the property as the ad lists an incorrect address. We were looking on the wrong side of the street and attempting many properties before actually finding the correct place. Once able to find it the property was clean and attractive, my granddaughter loved the pool and so did we. Air conditioning was great and water worked well. Kitchen faucet not attached well or working great but let the property manager know it needed repair and she was appreciative. Great home base for...

"We picked a perfect week to visit as a storm was coming in as we left. The upstairs apartment is just perfect with a front (Beach side) porch and a back (private pool side) porch. Ute is a wonderful host and provides a fully stocked kitchen, drinking water, soaps & shampoos, linens & towels. As I sit here, back in the states (NC) huddled under some quilts to keep warm, I’m missing that warm ocean breeze, tropical temps and blue Gulf of Mexico water. Till next time.."

"This property was spectacular so close to the beach, but the property, especially the backyard with pool and all the outside amenities makes you just so content to stay home. The location is perfect because you are away from everyone but just a 10 minute drive either way and you’re in one of the lovely towns.. honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. It even has an air fryer, there’s nothing you could want that already hasn’t been thought of"

"Unfortunately we had to leave after the first night as there was no AC. The fans alone weren’t enough to cool things down. My aunt has a breathing condition and it was stifling for her. It also has steps to the ocean which was hard for her to navigate. We were promised a refund and have yet to receive it."

"The house met our general expectations. The kitchen was well stocked (utensils, pots and pans, glasses, etc), Smart TVs, furnishings were fine, outdoor patio area, including the pool were fine. A/C in the bedrooms works well. The power went out the first night of our stay, I suspect this is a grid issue, too much demand not enough supply. Power was restored around 10 AM, approximately. We were out of WIFI our last day before checking out. Some general maintenance updating would be appropriate....
