"Front desk staff was amazing at check in. Very helpful and friendly. However the room had a jump rope from someone who left it there. Didn’t show signed it was cleaned other than vacummed and bed made. Bathroom had residue on outside of toilet bowl that it wasn’t cleaned. At 10:30am upon check out, housekeeper rushed me to leave. I wondered why rush me at 10:30 to barely clean and check out is 11am."
