Staff was great at this property and this location was very quite. Fitness facility, laundry and cleanliness was great. Our tub bath facet was not properly attached in room #305 so the shower did not fully function for pressure. Pool was clean and we had access to clean towels. Staff always working to keep facility clean. Would have liked more options for breakfast that were healthy and more creamer options for coffee; staff was very attentive to clearing tables and keeping food full.

We stayed for about be night at the Residence Inn by Marriott South Provo University. Liked everything about the facility. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated having the refrigerator, microwave, dishes, flatware, glasses and cups. There were even wine glasses in the cabinet. Breakfast had decent choice and was freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and were very patient when I needed some information from them.

The coffee at breakfast! Absolute best ever. Competent staff, friendly and helpful. facility was clean. Room was clean, Bed was comfortable. Everything was as it should be. Breakfasts were wonderful with plenty of protein and variety.

This was a very clean hotel. The rooms were large and spacious. My only issue was they tried placing us in a room with a connecting room where the lock was broken and anyone could’ve easily come into our room. They quickly moved us into a new room when we brought it to their attention. My only other complaint is the shower head in our bathroom was not functioning correctly and sprayed water all over the floor. The free breakfast was nice and convenient! Of course parking was included which helped with expenses as well.

We stayed in eight different hotels in nine nights, and this hotel was, hands down, the best one! Check in was quick and easy, and the clerk was so friendly and helpful (I'm sorry I can't recall his name). I wasn't sure if I was a club member, but he looked it up, and sure enough, I was. He wrote down my account number for me so I would have it handy in the future. There was a mall right next door where we were able to walk around after a long drive, and we even ordered dinner to go. We brought it back to the room and enjoyed relaxing in the very well-appointed king room with a breakfast bar with a full kitchen and nice, comfortable sitting area. Also a Target just a short walk away where we went to purchase some things for our trip. There were two minor issues that would not deter us from staying again. The first one was the air conditioning started making a very loud noise at about 9:00 p.m. We were tired and didn't want to call maintenance. Luckily, the noise stopped on it's own about 11:00 p.m. The second thing was that the hot watefor tea at breakfast tasted like coffee. This seems to be a common occurrence when I stay at hotels. They must put coffee in the hot water at times, and it doesn't get cleaned well enough. Small issue that isn't a deal breaker. The breakfast nothing fancy but was very good. I would defintely look forward to staying here again!
