The location was perfect for us, as we were close to where our grandson was playing soccer. (which was the purpose of our visit). We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with full kitchen, which was nice, but we would have liked a small dinner table. Also, the bottom sheet on our bed didn't fit well and had to be tucked back in each day. Because the hotel was near I-15 and some other busy roads, it was quite noisy until after midnight.

Perfect for a stop during a long road trip. Easy in and out, plenty of luggage carts, large room and large refrigerator and freezer, clean and safe area outside for pets. We will always use TownPlace Suites when available in the future!

I liked the convenience of this hotel to the freeway and where my kids live. It is in need of an update. Furnishings are old and worn although the beds are very comfortable. Pool and hot are good. Bathroom is TINY and cramped.

Great but could use some detail work.
Overall the stay was great. Staff were nice and the breakfast was decent. My only complaint is that it wasn't as clean as I would hope for a hotel. You can tell the staff does the normal cleaning but the walls in the bathroom and door frames were gross. Drips and splatters of stuff all in the bathroom. For hotels, those things, in my opinion also need to be wiped regularly.

Hair on bathroom floor and wall. Shower head was horrible and could not change setting. Pull out sofa was not useable. My son had to sleep on the floor. At 2 pm I asked from desk for service. I was told that they were coming soon. They never came. Got towels from front desk.

This was our first time traveling with our pet, and we were surprised by how easy it was. We were told that the only off limit area for our dog was the pool, this is a great place when traveling with pets.

Small room. Nice hot breakfast options. Pet fees. Comfortable beds. It was noisy because we were on the freeway side of the building. A/C was quite noisy as well, but it drowned out some of the freeway noise. Might look for other options if traveling to Orem again.

Great place to stay
Was able to check in a little early. Comfy room and very clean. Nice kitchenette with full fridge. Lots of food options available within walking distance. Breakfast had lots of options. Offered seating in the dining area or on the covered patio. Will definitely stay here again next time we need a room in Orem.

Located right next to a Maverick which was convenient!! The space was very clean, however there was a strange smell in each room that’s not super noticeable. Super thin walls, you can hear everything around you. Staff was super nice and accommodating, we were able to move rooms because of our TV not working. Overall a good stay :)
