Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 3 Bedroom. cabin was completely remodeled 10 years ago! Ten mins up Provo Canyon. A 5 min. walk to Provo River Bike/Walking Trail, playground, river floating/kayaking, stocked trout fishing pond, Heber Creeper stopover, hiking, and much more. Sundance Resort-a few minutes' drive; as is Provo, Enjoy the tranquil South Fork Stream in the backyard. Immediately located at the mouth of South Fork Canyon.

I came here with my girl for a little weekend getaway. Location and the place were both amazing. All the instructions were detailed and prepared for us before arrival. Highly recommend this location for a little get away with friends or your partner!

We had a wonderful time enjoying Vivian Park and the surrounding area. The cabin was in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful outdoor area backing up to the Provo Canyon Trail and Provo River. We had fun with the fire place and the outdoor fire pit. It was lovely!
