"We stayed one night for an event in Halle. The accomodation is near the city centre which is easy to reach by tram (8-10 minutes).The tram station is very close to the hotel entrance. We got a free ticket for the public transport, which is very good. There are also parking possibilities at the hotel for your car. "This time I stayed in this hotel for 16 days. It’s a pity that such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location is so badly managed. I start with the cleaning of the room, it’s ready in less than 1 minute! I’m not kidding, it’s the truth, they never clean or disinfect the toilet sit, or the bathroom sink, they never collect empty bottles of water that you may have left behind, and they never change the bed sheets! "This was such a pretty boutique hotel! The owner, Harald was amazing- so kind and gracious! My teen daughters and I had been to 4 hotels in 4 days and we all agreed that this room was the best!
