"It’s a 10 out of 10 from me. First time in Warsaw and chose this hotel at random and couldn’t not have been more impressed for value, design, professional & helpful staff and location. Well appointed, very clean & comfortable rooms with excellent beds/bedding. Reception staff were excellent, as was the restaurant/bar connected to the hotel ( Thankyou to Filip). "Apartment was close to tram links so easy to get to the city centre ,we found the A/C wouldn't cool the room fully .It was of good quality and well equipped ,and suitable for our needs "

"Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

"This property has a nice view and is very centric. Advertised parking in the street was impossible, do not count on it. The house condition was poor: horrible pillows, bad maintained shower a dirty and rusty. Pans and knifes deteriorated , I could not cut a piece of bread with it. Also to open the apartment was a hassle: 3 keys. It took me about 10 minutes to do so. Maybe better instructions are needed. I would not stay here again."

"The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards. "
