"From the minute we stepped foot into this property, we felt at home. We were met with sparkling clean accommodations, breathtaking views, a bowl of fruit on the table, and coffee and teabags in the counter! The rooms were all comfortable and attractive, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, tea pots, coffee press, sugar, spices, etc. We had a wonderful holiday at Shannon View, and recommend it highly! Each day we drove to a different castle or locale.Even the Cliffs of Moher was a day trip. Roscrea village was close for groceries. Denise & Joe were very friendly, helpful, kind, & wonderful hosts. "We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family to be able to cook together, play games, and explore the grounds. The kitchen is well stocked and has an amazing formal dining room for meals. The grounds are beautiful to walk and the view from the home of the Shannon River are lovely. WiFi was strong and supported streaming and Zoom calls. The host was lovely and extremely responsive. "
