Clean quaint and friendly

Very friendly staff. Breakfast is brought to your room. Great central location and easy to walk to the beach at the lake or around town.

2 nights at Pucon

Good new hotel at central of Pucon. Everything you need is near. Breakfast is delivered to room starting from 9, atleast weekends. There is few parking places in the backyard of the hotel. Nice and helpfull persons with food english at the reception. Recommended.

Central location, but Noisy Did not have an elevator. Walls were paper thin, u can hear next door noise. Overpriced. No elevator . Bathroom sink area very tight.

parking si disponible … non mentionné dans leurs site alors que c’était pour nous une priorité dans ce choix .. arrivée désagréable le soir 30 minutes pour trouver une place dans la rue tard ;( wifi médiocre et aucune terrasse extérieur, la seul étant verrouillée;( je n’ai pas habitude de critiquer mais aucune réceptivité du gérant.

O hotel é bem bacana, mas a agua do chuveiro demorava muito a esquentar. Outro problema é a entrada, não é muito identificada. A entrada do estacionamento é muito estreita. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Nos demais itens bom.

Estadia perfeita

Locaizado no centro da cidade, tudo faz a pé. Deixe o carro estacionado praticamente todos os dias. As recepcionistas são mais do que perfeitas, nos atenderam em pedido de café antes do horário, visto que subiríamos o Vulcão cedinho. Uma fala inglês perfeito e a que fala espanhol faz o melhor para nos comunicar.
