Beautiful property, staff was not welcoming. They had an attitude, we had to ask where everything was and not informed on how to operate the sauna ( unable to use). Website does not provide information on fitness room so, did not bring work out clothes. Food was excellent and drinks good.

It is a very beautiful old hacienda. The room was very beautiful. The only thing was we found what appeared to be dead water bugs in our room on the day we arrived and more the next morning. They have large gaps on the ground floor doors.We believe fumigation may have taken place before we stayed in the room. I told the receptionist the next morning about the bugs and she said they had turmites do to the old wood beams and they have that same issue every year. I believe she may have thought I was talking about those bugs.

Tuve una estancia excepcional en el hotel Hacienda Santo Cristo. Desde el momento de mi llegada, pude apreciar las excelentes condiciones del lugar. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, lo que hace que la experiencia de descanso sea realmente placentera. Las camas son muy cómodas, y cuentan con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estancia agradable. El entorno del hotel es espectacular, con un ambiente único que combina tradición y lujo. Además, las instalaciones del spa son de primer nivel, lo que me permitió disfrutar de un momento de relajación total. La oferta gastronómica del restaurante cercano a la Hacienda es deliciosa, con platillos que destacan por su sabor y presentación. Sin duda, este lugar es una opción perfecta para quienes buscan un espacio de descanso y confort con un toque de elegancia y calidad.
