Fantastic resort. We went with three families for a combined total of six adults and eight kids ranging from 6 to 13. The water is super calm and the beach has nice white sand. The staff are all super friendly and attentive. Lots of people who have time shares for like 30 years. Not a lot of places to eat but the food is great and we never got sick of it. You can swim in the pool until 10pm and the swim up bar is open until 930. Great time. The resort essentially shuts down at 10pm. I thought that would be a problem for night time entertainment but it wasn't an issue. The rooms are large enough that we could comfortably fit all three families into one and hang out. Room service is 24 hours so that's nice. You also get access to the Royal Sands so if you want the busier resort vibe for a day or two you can just shuttle there for free. Carlos, our concierge was fantastic. Went above and beyond. Honestly, it was a fantastic resort. Oh. One interesting thing is there were no mobs of birds. Resorts literally next door had birds all over stealing food and being annoying. Not this one. It was nice.

The resort was just as it was presented. Excellent experience, no surprises. Will definitely go back!

My husband and I recently went to TRS Yucatan and had a great time! The grounds are beautiful and massive! We liked how we had access to all 4 resorts, each with their own charm. The pools were clean and great, and the drinks were great. The food was among some of the best we've had at all inclusive in the past. Overall, great experience. My one critique would be dinner reservations and the butler services. It was extremely difficult to find dinner reservations (granted, we were a large group but we found similar issues when the group went down to 6 and then 4), We would try to make reservations with our butler and were told they were unable to make them. Then we would go to concierge in the lobby and they were able to make them. There is a lack of communication between the butlers and the reservation system they use is primitive. That being said, We HIGHLY recommend this resort and are planning on coming back!
