The unit was very spacious, every bedroom had a attached bathroom!

The unit was very roomy and well equipped, the location was excellent. Any issues were taken care of very quickly once Claudia was made aware there was an issue or question.

The elevator not working is a concern. As I tried to move luggage and water bottles from the first floor. It was very difficult. How the service by Claudia was exceptional. She took care of our concerns quickly and effectively. We also found great transportation from Cun airport directly to Casa Sarita reasonably priced and efficient.
