"I have stayed at many hottie and have had the fortune to stay at many luxury hotels. I consider that the Termas Puyehue is one of my favourites. The safety is outstanding and the facilities incredible for those who like luxury and a lovely natural environment. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the Mapuche menu. The hot spas were also memorable, as was the architecture. We cannot wait to visit again. "
"Great stay in the middle of the forest. We stayed on a cabin the first night and in a dome the second night and really enjoyed it. The accomodation was clean, quiet and overall great to relax and connect with natute. The hotel prepared for us a tinaja-grrat experimve taking bath under the stars. We also enjoyed massage that is available by request. "
"Great lodge with friendly, helpful staff. Located in a small town with lots of dining options and close to the national park. I suggest you pre pay. They had us pay in chilean pesos, which resulted un a big tax that we could have avoided by pre paying in US dollars."
"La ubicación de las cabañas es perfecta a orilla del lago con vista al volcán, estuvimos en las cabañas Elite, disfrutamos la piscina, hot Tub y la cafetería. Muy buen servicio, nos vamos felices, buen descanso en un lugar hermoso "
"The view of the volcano was amazing. The staff were great, the location was great for the hikes that we wanted to do. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel."
"A well run family business with kind, caring, friendly, helpful, hardworking hosts & staff - Katherine, Christian, their parents, Carlos, the chef, Valentina, & housekeepers. Both service & food were excellent. The place is spotless! You could eat off the floor!
My only suggestion would be to eventually get a new shower enclosure & harder mattresses. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

"Un muy lindo hotel, limpio y acogedor, la piscina temperada es excelente, el único detalle es que las habitacion no era 100% insonorizada y podía escuchar a mis vecinos hablar."

A verified traveller stayed at Hotel AWA Puerto Varas
"It’s an ok place to stay for a night. Not a great place and not a particularly good deal for the money. The owner and staff were nice, but the impression was that the town and place are still struggling to survive after the pandemic. There are probably better options in Puerto Varas. "
