Cabrillo 106 is one of the few ground floor condos located in the newest phase (2) of Las Palomas.

Cabrillo 106 features the largest layout for a 2 bedroom in the whole resort.it also features a bunk room with a full bed (lower) and twin bed (top). No need to use the available sofa sleeper in the living room.

In addition to this condo, we also own premium ground floor condos near by, the Cabrillo 102, Cabrillo 103, Cabrillo 104, Cortez 102, Coronado 102 and Coronado 105, call us for details ! All of them ground floors !

Cabrillo 106 is an elevated ground floor, only a few stairs from the action. It provides safety, security, privacy all with great views of the pool area and the ocean.... including amazing sunsets!

Cabrillo 106 offers 2 bedrooms, each with King size beds and direct access to a full bathroom. Master bathroom features a bath tub and a separate shower. It also has direct access to the patio.

Sofa sleeper in the living room.

It is ideal for a group of 4 adults and 2 children but can accommodate a 7th guest with a $35 per night charge.

Spacious and comfortable condo. Could use some minor maintenance: missing doorknob on bunk room. Missing front door kickstand. Handle on sliding door in TV room wobbly. Dishwasher barely cleans. Would also be great to have at least one cookie sheet. All other kitchen utensils were good. All and all, a solid condo. Will rent again.

Room facilities
The room facilities was disappointed. The bed made a lot of noise and was uncomfortable. Not all of the appliances worked, and the furniture already needs remodeling. The cost is high to have quality in the room facilities. Also, I had to requested the cleaning services because the didn’t go and when they go, they didn’t clean they just picked up trash and changed clean towels. I hope the owner sees this review so he can pay attention to these points.

Stayed for fall break with the kids. The weather was perfect, and the condo was perfectly setup for our stay. Everything you needed to cook and hangout, so you didn't have to run into town. Will stay here again!

This ground floor condo was so wonderful to stay at. The location as perfect to access everything that you need. It is stocked with all the perfect amenities. Nice close parking and the grills are right outside the door! It was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and will be staying here again for sure!

Wonderful location, spacious, clean and very comfortable condo at Las Palomas. Check in was smooth, staff were so very helpful. We needed maintenance to address an hvac saturation issue but they were quick to respond and repair the issue. Traveled with four kiddos, they loved the space as well. Close to the lazy river and pool in phase two and very close to the beach. Lots of kitchen cabinets for storage, bathrooms were great. We plan to reserve again in the future!

I took my wife and mom to Las Palomas for the first time and staying at Jaime Largest 2 Bedroom Plan, Ground Floor Direct Patio Access To Pool And Beach was the perfect place to stay. This condo was amazing it was beautiful luxurious spacious well decorated. The views are amazing from everywhere, the spacious patio gave us opportunities to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, from the patio, you have easy access to all the amenities the resort offers. Overall this condo was fabulous we would love to rent it again for many years to come.

Amazing!!!
Absolutely a beautiful, beautiful condominium. This condominium is located on the ground floor of the resort. You simply walked down the steps and you were at the pools and a few steps away from a beautiful ocean! On the same level is also a coffee shop which has wonderful coffee. We love this place. It is not the first time we’ve been here. We plan on coming back many many more times.

Great graduation trip
Went with friends & family to celebrate a graduation. The unit was great, location on the ground floor right out to the pool & beaches was a great asset. Our room ended up being home base for everyone there, made it super convenient. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The only issue was the sliding doors got harder and harder to open/close, even with maintenance coming to adjust. Otherwise fantastic. Definitely planning on staying again & possibly trying to get more ground units all together.

Disappointed!!
Immediately upon arrival, discovered the Master toilet was plugged up. When trying to fix it, the rotten wood handle broke on the plunger. Television in the Master didn't work. Maintenance replaced the old remote which had a missing part. Slow drain in Master shower. Broken bedside table lamp. Remote control in living room missing battery cover. Broken table lamp. Curtains in living room coming off of hooks dragging on floor. The men had a difficult time opening the 2 sliding glass doors. The women could not open. The dishwasher missing the silverware basket. The dishwasher missing the rollers on the bottom rack, so it sat on the washer rotating water disburser, could not be used. The stove surface lights from the above microwave were burnt out, dark area. Screens torn. Hairdryer in second bedroom didn't work. We have stayed at Las Palomas, several times, and this is absolutely the worst rental we have ever had. Considering the above issues we feel the rent for our 3 nights was too high. We have spoken to the owner, manager two times, concerning the above and haven't had a response.
