My wife is from the area so we have stayed at this property or others nearby several times. This trip we were very disappointed with the condition of the room. When we arrived, it had not been cleaned recently, so there was a layer of dust over all the surfaces. We had to call housekeeping and stay in the room for about 45 minutes to allow housekeeping to come and refresh the room. This made us late for dinner.
When we woke up in the next morning, we needed to shower but found that there was no hot water. Apparently they had not turned the hot water heater on so once again we had to call and have somebody come do that and then wait for the hot water. This delayed our being able to go out to get some things done by over an hour.
After Golf, I wanted to go to the pool, but after walking out there, discovered that the towels were located in phase 2, which was a substantial walk from where I was at. When we checked in, they had given us bracelets and said they were for the towels at the pool. They did not indicate that we had to go back to the phase 2 building to get the towels so we assumed that they would be out by the pool. Overall, I would have to say that I was very disappointed by the property for this visit.
