"The property location was excellent with many local restaurants and bars within walking distance of the resort. The room itself was very nice, however the amenities and features inside the room left a lot to be desired. "Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. "

"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...
