"El hotel está en muy buen estado, es muy bello, sus instalaciones son amplias y limpias, sin embargo al llegar y en el transcurso de nuestra estadía encontramos situaciones de orden administrativo no tan gratas, por ejemplo no sabían que se podían hacer reservas en esta aplicación, al salir las cuentas no coincidían.
