Nice and lovely but so boring. Swimming pools closed at 6pm and nothing else to do besides hang out at the pools. Roof top has no entertainment and the Bars closed early . I dont think i will be coming back. The check in service was the worst, The two people who helped us did not know what they were doing. They took our credit card for deposit and instead of giving us the bracelet and room to finish the whole process, they told us to wait until they finished with 6 others couples before they got to us. We asked them why they took so long because our check in time is 4pm and We got there at almost 5pm hungry and tired. Atleast give us our bracelet so we could go eat and wait for them to finish. After 15 minutes of asking back and forth, they finally gave everyone their bracelets and room number 😡.

We were booked for panoramic view room- we were on 1st floor and the view was blocked by trees- TV was all in Spanish- should have English subtitles. Trolly Drivers were very good and prompt- Restaurants were also good. We asked for room upgrade as we are VIP expedia and were told nothing available- this was during a weekday. Also has issues w/room key reader and wrist bands. Very disappointed.

The views from the property are breathtaking. It's surrounded by greenery, all around, with a spectacular view of the open ocean. The security is consistent. They check who comes in and out- taxis included.

There are so many issues with this hotel. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The food is not great, cold food served at breakfast, drinks were watered down, the only good drinks were at Karuma, which we had to pay for on top of the all inclusive plan. The WiFi doesn’t work around most of the property. If you’re looking to relax, it’s impossible we didn’t sleep all week due to crazy loud neighbors. Staff refused to handle the situation. Was woken up at 5 am while on vacation, there are zero child free areas so if you’re looking for a break of kids this is not the place. They are loud and everywhere. We got stuck in the elevator and the emergency phone didn’t work so we were trapped with no one to help us. Just overall, this place is far too expensive for what they provide. This is not a 5 star resort. Very disappointing and when we told the team about our issues they did not give AF. Once they have your money, they no longer care. At check out the guy argued with me on when the noise started from our neighbors. Unreal. I would never return to this resort. It’s not worth the cost.

All beautiful. Employees extremely friendly and helpful, specially the folks at the beach and restaurants. Our room was exceptionally beautiful. 11th floor, Tower 4. Check in person acknowledged immediately that we were VIP/Gold members and gave us a room upgrade! Noi, Italian Restaurant with Chef Manager Maximo, provided exceptional food and service! Thank you Maximo! I don’t give a 5 stars due to the continuous harassment to show their properties. They don’t take NO for an answer. Management should take note of this. Overall, properties are manicured, clean, with excellent decor taste all around. Staff very friendly and attentive.Trolley between properties run every 15 minutes. We plan to return.
