Overall it was really nice. The two things I didn’t like was its location from town is pretty far away and there is nothing around the hotel. The worst part was there was a very loud air handler beside my room room that was extremely noisy and made it hard to sleep

What we liked is: awesome food, tons of seafood, we didn’t expect it after abandoning the idea of all inclusive vacations in the last 10 years, would come back just to dine, many restaurants, hotel is kept upto modern standards, common areas are beautiful, cabanas are super comfortable but it costs usd $60 per day. What we didn’t like: there is no sun around the pool area, it’s blocked by building until late afternoon, rooms could be cleaner, dirty splashes in bathroom walls, very noisy private parties with blasting music till midnight that continue till 4am, there is no way to avoid them as the hotel is located on the narrow strip between road and ocean, everything happens right there.

Outstanding property. Excellent beach. Food was top notch and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend it and we would absolutely stay there again.

The staf was amazing the ocean was clean blue water and swimmable take your own snorkeling gear. other then that it was beautiful!!

Excellent property gorgeous view one the most beautiful ocean view but was very noisy too much privet event which maid limited access to facility, the food was not good and very limited

Beautiful beach, clear water and out door area maintained well. They advertise partial ocean view room but ours, you could barely see anything through the palm trees. We asked to be moved and they accommodated us 2 nights into the trip. Housekeeping could improve. Felt our floors were not clean and they didn’t replenish fridge, TP unless you asked then they came back. Our toilet made this awful high pitch sound with every flush and the shower leaked all over. The pool entertainment guy Hugo and his partners were awesome! Buffet food average and the main buffet was closed ALOT. The restaurants that you need reservations at are good.

This was a step down from what I experienced in Cancun but I was told that is too be expected. Staff was great. Food was good but they did close some of the restaurants for dinner. One was about to be remodeled and others were closed because there weren't enough guests to justify keeping them all open. I am luck that this only happened on my last day. I would recommend this hotel if you understand that resorts in this location are not as luxurious as the equivalent resort in Cancun.
