"The best thing about this hotel is the food which really is 5 stars for an inclusive. The staff are a little money hungry and react negatively when asking for a glass with ice. They are also a little intense about the swimming pool rules!! We were asked to wear caps for an outside pool! Wifi sucks and room facilities to make our own drinks and air con broken. Apart from that the main staff were lovely and being so close the beach and amazing food. Its good,but with a few small improvements it...

"We stayed here for one night before an early flight out of Bari. The checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle service to the airport available 24 hours per day. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. There was a bar and restaurant but we didn’t use them"

"The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. hotel adds shows a pool and workout facilities but both were closed which was disappointing. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. The hotel has few restaurants or much to do in the immediate vicinity but taxis were available to get to the downtown area."

"Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use...

"This is a unique property right on the water in the old town of Monopoli. We just came at a bad time of year when the restaurant was shut as were many of the businesses in town. It never stopped raining and it felt like the ocean waves might come rugbt in the room. I would definitely go again when the weather is warmer"
