"New hotel, so needs some improvement. Elevator not working properly at times. Garage door did not open when leaving the parking. Breakfast was good. Air conditioner in the room did not work. One night had to sleep without aircon at 28C. Personnel very friendly and helpful at all times. "

"Fantastic for PortAventura as you can get tickets for each day of your stay including one Ferrari Land evening. The only negative was incredibly noisy local school children on school trips who have been making a racket during the night and were queue jumping in the park. The hotel is absolutely lovely and I'd recommend it. The 30th anniversary deal is absolutely fantastic value."

"We have just returned from our stay and we really enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Raymond on the animation team , they are so nice and friendly,the rooms are clean and nicely equipped, the beds are a bit firm .
